BellesLink has added unlimited inbound and outbound browser calls to its web-based software. The new Call Monitor is live. This means no phones or phone lines needed, you can really “cut the cord.”  The Call Monitor displays incoming calls on your screen, tells you which case the call belongs to, and gives you options for answering, recording or sending calls to voicemail. Answering or making calls is just one click.
