What Data We Collect

Personally Identifying Information (PII)

If you register for a Belles Camp’s account, Belles Camp collects the following data: your email address, your physical contact information, your company information, and your phone number; information based on your activities on the Site; correspondence through the Site, and correspondence sent to Belles Camp’s; additional information Belles Camp may ask you to submit including, but not limited to, information to authenticate yourself, information to prove that you are able to enter into a legally binding contract, or information if Belles Camp believes you are violating its policies; and, other supplemental information from third parties. Belles Camp also collects data about how you use the Belles Camp’s Service, including, but not limited to, search data, call information, and other information that you access through the Service. Belles Camp sometimes collects your email address, for purposes such as sending confirmation emails, authenticating your accounts, and sending information about Belles Camp and its websites. By submitting your email to the Site, you consent to emails from Belles Camp. Belles Camp sometimes collects your phone number for the purpose of contacting you regarding your account and the services Belles Camp. By submitting your phone number to Belles Camp, you consent to phone calls from Belles Camp, even if such number is registered through a state or federal “Do Not Call” list. Belles Camp may collect personal information if you provide it in feedback or comments or if you contact Belles Camp directly. Any information posted on the public areas of Site is not confidential. Please do not post anything on the public areas of Site that you would like to keep private.

These cookies collect information about your use of our Site and app and enable us to improve the way it works. Tracking URLs are a special web link that allows us to measure when a link is clicked on. They are used to help us measure the effectiveness of campaigns and the popularity of sections of the Site.

Device ID Data

If you access our Site or engage with our advertisements on your mobile device we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device, geo-location data, and other transactional information for that device. We may also use the unique identifier to validate free trials, or assess if you have visited a location, for example. Belles Camp does collect geotracking information. By using the Site and Services, you consent to such information being obtained by Belles Camp. We obtain information about your physical location through geolocation features on your device, including GPS (e.g. latitude and/or longitude). We may use this information to improve order efficiency and enhance your user experience. We may also infer your location based on other information we collect. For example, your IP Address indicates the general geographic region from which you are connecting to the Internet.

Tracking and Similar Technologies

We use these types of technologies to improve the service we offer. This can be done by delivering online messages or promotions based on your previous web browsing activity, known as “online behavioral advertising” (OBA).  For example, you may be visiting one of our pages. As you move to other pages on our Site a cookie would be placed in your browser. It would remember that you had visited several of our pages. Then, we may show you a promotion to upgrade your account.

Functional/preference cookies and similar technologies

These cookies collect information about your choices and preferences and allow us to remember things like your username (so you can log in faster). They allow us to customize the services you have accessed. We also use these cookies to provide you with information about our services such as video clips or content from our blog.


Belles Camp’s web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help Belles Camp diagnose technical problems, administer the Site, and otherwise provide Belles Camp’s service to you.

Web beacons, Tracking URLs, Device ID Data, Tracking and Similar Technologies and Tracking and Similar Technologies

We target and measure the performance of ads, and advertising campaigns, to Site visitors directly or through a variety of technologies, using the following data, whether separately or combined (i) data from advertising technologies on and off our Site, like web beacons, pixels, ad tags, cookies, and device identifiers, (ii) user-provided information (Ex: Email, Name, Phone Number), (iii) data from your use of our Site (e.g., search history, page visits, videos you watch, frequency of visitation, recency of visitation, clicking on an ad, etc.), and (iv) information inferred from data described.

Opt In Email Address

If you have provided your personal email to receive communication with us, we follow email communication according to the CAN-SPAM Act compliance. Each email will have a visible unsubscribe button that will allow you to stop communication from us at any moment. We adhere to best practices for interest-based advertising (behavioral and contextual) and participate in industry opt-outs from such ads. All our emails include an opt-out link. If for any reason you receive an email after opting out, please contact us immediately so we can make sure you’re not getting unwanted emails.

Data Retention

We reserve the right to retain all data received indefinitely, including any PII that we have received from you. However, we can only guarantee access to such information for three business days after it is received. Client information will be retained as stated in our Terms of Use.

In the event Belles Camp, its successors, any of its subsidiaries, or services is acquired or purchased, everything mentioned in this paragraph will be included in said sale, purchase, or acquisition.

Archiving and Display of The Site by Search Engines and Other Websites

Search engines and other websites not affiliated with Belles Camp – including Google.com and Yahoo.com – archive or otherwise make available Belles Camp’s main public-facing corporate pages. Belles Camp has no control over third party archiving and search engine websites and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information stored by these websites.

Circumstances under Which Belles Camp may Release Information

Belles Camp may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.

Belles Camp may disclose information about its users, including but not limited to account information, to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce Belles Camp’s Terms of Use; respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Belles Camp, its users, or the general public.

Belles Camp may disclose information, including personal information from your account, to a third party if you request it in writing.

Belles Camp may disclose your information to third parties for use by Belles Camp to help provide the services to you if allowed under federal, state and local laws.

Belles Camp may disclose your information to other business entities, should Belles Camp plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. Client Data will only be transferred if a merger or acquisition actually takes place.

International Users

International Website Users consent to all the terms of service and this privacy agreement. International users waive any and all remedies that they may have based on the laws of their country
