Easily Manage Blocked Numbers
Junk calls, solicitations, and abusive callers, every business gets them. You can prevent incoming calls from any phone number by blocking it. Use the Block This Number button in your call activity list.
Any phone number you block is recorded in your Blocked Numbers list, located under Setup > Blocked Numbers. Use the list to manage and edit the numbers you’ve blocked.
You can block a number for your user or for all users in your account. Blocking a number is not permanent. Numbers can be unblocked by deleting the from the Blocked Numbers list.
