Setting Up BellesLink
If you think of someone as a customer before they are, your chances of contacting and connecting with them go way up. Don’t think of a customer as a “lead”. Think of them as a customer.
The next concept of BellesLink is making contact with the people you find. You can get data from anywhere. What you get from BellesLink is a system designed make contact with the people you find.
What good does finding someone do if when you call they won’t call you back? Or if when they call they get your cell phone and weren’t impressed, because you answered “Hello”, or some nondescript greeting such as “Hello can I help you”?
Just because your cell phone works for answering and making calls, doesn’t mean it’s any good. Using your cell phone for business calls is advertising to customers that you don’t care enough about them invest a couple bucks in a service such as BellesLink and spend the time to setup a professional phone system.
Again. You can get data from anywhere. The way to get the most out of BellesLink is to use our phone numbers for your calls. You’ll get better contact rates if you do.
Another important concept is keeping track of the work you do. Because time lost being inefficient is time lost making contact with customers. So use our Case Manager to keep track of the work you’re doing. It’s a little rough around the edges right now, but it’s getting better all the time.

If you’re on the Business Plan you can purchase as minutes as you need to, @ just $0.025 cents per minute. So 1000 additional minutes is $25.00.
The Contact Dialer isn’t included in the Basic Plan. Upgrade to have access to the dialer.
The first time you login, or before you setup browser calls, look for the link on the Calls page (Call Activity/Calls) – “Click here for browser calls”.
Click the link. From there, follow the prompts. Chrome should ask you to grant permission. If you’ve done everything right a separate window will open and the “Status” will show “Connected”.
I’m having trouble setting up browser calls. Can you help?
9 times out of 10, the problems are something do with your browser settings. Make sure you have pop-ups unblocked. Make sure your computer has a speaker/microphone.

So let’s say you have 2 BellesLink numbers; 415.123.4567 and 303.123.4567. When you send a text you choose which BellesLink number to use. If you chose your 415 number, the person you sent the text to sees your 415 number and your message.
